the microfilm is with the necklace from the woman...you to disguise yourself, find a fire enhancing liquid from the basement or from the kitchen and then put the liquid into the grill...she will make a fire and the fire will be so powerful that will burn the witch alive...she will fall in the pool and from there you can retrieve the necklace with the microfilm
how about someone helping me? i'm stuck at mission Requiem...there is a real ending but i haven't figured it how to do it...the key to the mission is to revive 47 with the "left joystick (wich can be mouse or keypad) by moving back and forth until a surprise occurs"--> Link

Well, in order to pass the last mission you must revive hitman and kill everyone around you, beware though you have a limited amount of ammo. I took the priest hostage and started to kill the bodyguards that work for me but do what it takes to get to some cover. Thats all I'll say without spoiling the ending. Hope this helps.
