When you wanna send a new e-mail you put the adress you wanna send to and then click on attach a file or a pic (dunno which mail ur using), anyway i think most e-amil sites are the same, so when you wanna attach you just browse the your guide and you add it, and then send. I'm not sure if this what you were asking about.
