We currently don't have any Resident Evil 4 trainers, cheats or editors for PC. Premium members may REQUEST new trainers and cheats using our request system as long as the game has not been permanently retired or multiplayer only in nature. Use our message board to discuss the game.

Hello, Although I've saved some parts of the game on the typewriter, the latest version I am saving it doesn't appear when I go back to load a game. Any help will be greater appreciated. Thanks

This thread is yay-old, but screw it, I'll reply to it anyway.
I got my installation updated to the 1.01 version and using the mouse mod and it's working smoothly. Must be either your PC, a trainer you're using or something else that's 'causing that malfunction.
