when a monster get mad really easily does it mean its close to dying?
Beat down by 3 Bullfangos and a Rathalos.......owch

I think monsters get mad after receiving set amounts of damage. If they keep going into rage quickly it means that you are dealing out that damage very quickly.

Actually Kushy he is correct. Some monsters go into excessive rages when close to death they are: Tigrex Diablos Rathalos (Except Silver) Rajang Blangonga
As you can tell it's mainly the ferocious monsters.
Armor: Gravios X / Narga X Gunlances or anything that can get the job done. All I ever need.

I think Khezu does go into rage more often when it gets low on health, it does it to me. It only stands still before it flees to its Khezu Cave/Cupboard.
