delete your trainer, clear your internet cache and redownload the trainer.

I seem to be having a problem with the latest trainer.
When i ever i try and load a race in career mode the game crashes. The game works fine when the trainer is not active but as soon as i activate it the game crashes.

make sure using the no-cd fix. try running the trainer after you've run the game and loaded a race.
