i've got a wireless controller with a usb wire,i plugged it in my pc,then what?
what do i need to do to set the controller for use?
i've installed it like vista said i had to...

P.S. the fps wont go higher then 22 with dx10
and not higher then 18 at dx9
what should i do to make the fps higher?

Well, if your FPS dont increase at either dx9 or dx10, then you should try to lower your graphics settings. and if you only get 22 and 18, i suggest you lower em somewhat lot medium perhap. or even lower. you COULD try to just lower you resolution without lowering graphics, that've worked for me on several games.

It is weird that you have a such a problem with controller.
I was playing game with one too, but I just had to connect it to USB port and do nothing. Controller was just working fine with out setting/start up from my side.

Your low frame rate is because your PC doesn't meet this games recommended system requirements I guess.
You should do as LordofFlames suggested.
For all things there is right time... but when it is?! Who knows?

    ok,ty
but mayb the controller problem can b because i have a wireless one with one of those wires with a 'usb' for the port, that can be used for the wireless, although the wireless works on battery's so i don't think for 100% its for giving it energy again.

The low frames can also be because of "V-Sync". Turn that off, and you will probably see your frames go higher.
