    I made a save file:
    Link

Extract this save file (with directory enabled to create ANFSC) to:

    \Documents and Settings\\My Documents\NFS Carbon

Download Code Ripper's save file editor from here to fix the cd-rom key:
    Link

Mirror if the first link ever gets broken:
    Link

Extract the save file editor to any directory and run it from there. I created a directory here for the save file editor:

    \Program Files\Electronic Arts\Need for Speed Carbon\NFSCSaveEditor

    Run the editor, browse for

    \Documents and Settings\\My Documents\NFS Carbon\ANFSC\ANFSC

Then click on tools, then fix, then save.

The save file has all reward cards unlocked, career completed and these 8 cars (4 of them were modified to be "won" cars, so you should be able to add 2 more cars if you want):

    Audi Lemans Quattro
    BMW M3 GTR
    Koenigsegg CCX
    Lamborghini Murcielago LP640
    Pagani Zonda
    Porsche GT3 RS

    Chevorlet Corvette Z06
Dodge Viper SRT-10 (installed drift tires)

There are multiple versions of some of these cars, so it took a while to find ones that didn't mess up the car select menu in career mode.
