To keep this sort, and simple. What do I need to do in order to fire nukes?

In order to fire nuclear warheads you must have completed the following:

1st. Have developed nuclear capabilities. Meaning you must have researched or traded to acquire nuclear technology.

2nd. Have a missile fabrication facility.

3rd. 1 of 4 Launch modes. Meaning, some of your military units must have the capacity and ability to launch nuclear missiles. This could be Land based, Naval based, Air based or Submarine based.

Now, to the good part. Once you have all of this steps. What you will do is click on COMMAND MODE where you manage your units. Deploy a land, air, naval or sub unit to load the missiles which you have built in your missile fabrications.

Click on the "Missile" tab located also on your COMMAND MODE and load those nuclear missiles onto one or all of your units.

Next you will click on the unit which is already deployed and armed with nuclear missiles and give it the order to "FIRE MISSILE" once you have selected that order, select your intended target. And your unit will deploy the nuclear missile against the intended target.

One thing I forgot to mention is go to your "DEFENSE MODE" and allow the used of Nuclear attacks. Otherwise your unit will not fire the missiles.

Be forewarned that if you use nuclear missiles will mean you nation being kicked out of the UN and also a massive military response by the all UN member nations.
