I know how to get the chest by the flowers. You have to have the claw shot to do it and spiner. If you have those you fine the tower and look up the you use the claw shot to get to the lower platform and make sure it day and find the spinner ride ride it and jump of the middle on the spinner and you should land where the chest is, but it only 100 rubess.
