can't watch the teaser...because it's in a format that only god and his servants know of it...the people here on earth never heart of such formats...idiots...haven't they heard of .avi or .mpg formats? geez... i have to download those millions and billions of codec for each and every movie

these codecs should be forbidden and restricted by law! if someone is catched using these codecs those should be neutralized! billions of codecs to crack my nerves all over...as if my internet connection isn't enough

i'm really anxious to see this one...the previous weren't "who knows what" but maybe this one will pull it off

NFS UndercoverFinally, we have the first official information of Need for Speed Undercover!
While you already got a glimpse of what the next NFS is about at the website www.whichroadtotake.com, we have some more concrete information for you:

In NFS Undercover you play an undercover cop, which has the mission to infiltrate and takedown an international crime syndicate. The storyline is mission-based, so you have to take jobs and compete in races to prove yourself. Apart from you there is only one person, who knows the real identity of the player - your only contact to the outer world. This person is played by Maggie Q.
In contrast to Pro Street you are no Rayn Cooper or someone else - you're once more a nameless charactor, who doesn't speak a word.


So far Electronic Arts didn't want to reveal more of the story, but maybe this isn't too bad as it would otherwise compromise the game experience. Generally Need for Speed Undercover is a rich, cinematic experience, which contains apart from the known actors the brother of Jessica Alba: Joshua and many more famours actors.

Undercover is being produced with Hollywood style shooting and production techniques. Famours writers take part in writing the story of NFS Undercover and Joseph Hodges is the director! So let's hope that the efforts pays off and we can expect an exciting, movie-like story, embedded in the game!

i dont like this "Wheelman" styled gameplay, nfs was about racing, and now its about cat-dog chases. i guess after they've started the 2-year nfs making cycle, their games will improve and get that porsche unleashed style back.
but who knows, maybe this game will be a decent one as well.
