ok i have played and beaten every mission, but why is the game still going. i even completed the boat training which after everyone meets up at Cjs house and say their future plans. so is this game over or am i missing something?
help plz

You can play with CJ as you want to play with him, go to dinner with girlfriends, earn some money etc

Once you complete the missions and all side games to reach 100% it goes into what is commonly called a sand-box mode where you can just keep going ad-infinitum same thing in all the newer GTA games
