Lmao.. the game Could take you days or weeks to compleat fully. The main storyline though can be done in less then 6-7 hours .

It is a good game.. Not even close to being the "Best" though.

I have done everything on the side quests and I mean everything. It took about five days to complete, thats about five hours a day. Thought I would never get all the metals and gases. I have even found more of everything besides dogtags and I think the procesus disks. But you guys are right the main quest is way to short, I hope ME2 adds at least ten more main quests and longer too most of the side quests are twice as long as the main ones. Whats up with that?

I hope in Mass Effect 2 they will make it an open world so when you beat the game you can still fly around and check out other Planets. just like how you can still drive around in GTA games

that would be awesome and i really wish you can make your own space ship.

The game was good, nothing else. It could have been epic/ probably the best game every made if they had laid a few more months of work into the storyline, side missions, squashed a few bugs here and there and perhaps added a few extra features like driving the ship or the ability to upgrade guns etc. The ship is just a loading-dock between missions as it is now

Sorry to dissagree the game was great, except for the things mentioned in the above replies. Which I happen to agree with.

yea this game ROCKS so much to do, a whole galaxy map lol.
im still completing some sidequests, though i sincerely hoped there would be more.
i liked how they made up an epic galactic history. made me order those 2 books, ascension and revelation.
i usually hate RPG-s, but mass effect - masterpiece
