Yep, pretty simple. I think it would greatly enhance the community here to not have to wade through that swamp of a "General Discussions" board.

-hardware (put those mac gamers in a seperate subforum plz :P)
-pc help
-pc overclocking
-upcoming pc games

Also, we might see an end to the monotonous console war topics that always end up in others flaming parentage, and etc.

Although it must be said, there aren't a lot of computer enthusiasts here. So whether or not those boards will be used is something worth considering.

Well actually I noticed there a bunch of PC people here, maybe they don't post because they don't want to catch consolemonia.

RETIRED MOD
The PC games post on the appropriate game board when they need help. Some of them mingle in with the community.

As for the idea though, I would have to disagree. Having an off-topic board is enough IMO. Sure, there will be more places to post...but that's just more places you have to look at to keep up with everything. I mean, we don't want to start looking like Gamefaqs where there is a board for every game.

Believe it or not, we used to have those things.
But, seeing as how we don't anymore, I can't see why they'd want to re-add them.
