Are you Sure You Did Not Use PC Cheat? You Have TO Use PS3 If You Are Playing With! PS3 Cheat-UNLOCKALLTHINGS , Or Maybe You HAbe Already used this cheat?

If you have PSN, the game will automatically be patched through the internet. Once the game is patched, the game does not work. So most likely this is the case for you.
