Can someone please do the following:

Clear your internet cache, etc.

download the latest trainer

try the health options and verify:

1) health option for just the player only affects the player or the mako
2) health option for the squad members only affects the squad members
3) the mako health option for player works for mako
4) you can kill the enemies with these options

you can test certain things by using infinite grenades and blowing them up near your player/ squad members.

i tested it here and things seem to work fine with the latest version i gave pwiz-
