hmm late answer this one lol...
find the gamedata.ini file in gmae directory open it with notepad or wordpad... search after Commandpoint and then you should see for good and evil N' stuff :P and then you should could figure out the rest
mine is 2000 for evil side 1000 for good and even changed the stuff for multiplayer... this is soooooo fun with friends xD units all over the map :P
