Everytime I try to make an online account it says the server wont allow the connection or something like that...How can I make this work? Please help..

Does he have Production Key? If he Needs then the key is already in used.

No everything is as it should be...I go to create account then select multi player then enter my details and click on create account...Then it says connecting to server...but after a while it says the server wont allow the connection..

I have never played it online before...I bought it a few days ago..How can I be banned?? Must the game be registered?
