Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion
I always get an error message about the script.
Troodon80 you might want to check them again because they don't work.

then enter: setstage ne03 20
this will kick start the action and allow you to continue.
when the ~ is pressed to open the cheat command line
Any cheat I have ever entered into that line from any guide anywhere, always gives me an error message saying it's not a recognized command.
So what I am saying is that there is no such thing as a working console command cheat.
If they do work then every single guide on the internet has not explained how to enter them in the right way or at all.
As I said all I get are script error messages saying it's an unrecognizable command.
I get invalid commands when adding in items, trying to warp, uncovering maps, I get an error message on anything I enter in.
The videos on youtube are bogus as well because you can't even see what is being typed, and I have an HD screen.
So You tell me if console commands really do work, then why am I always getting script error messages that say invalid command regardless of what cheat i use or what guide it comes from?

1. do not enter the discription, you will get a script error
2. there are no alphabetic "O" only numeric "0", if you enter a O or o, you will get a script error
One more thing, Bring up the console and enter "tgm" (without the Quotation marks) and see if you get anything with that command.

Judging by this line I was under the impression that tx3000 could get the console up. But the way it comming up Script Error is usuall because the code is not being entered correctly. The codes have to work because it is part of the main script of the game when you reach a certain stage in a quest it then uses the codes i.e. MQ10 5 to jump to the next part of the quest.
if x = y then jump to MQ10 5
if y = z then jump to MQ15 20
note that this is only an example and not factual
so to say that the codes do not work would be like saying the game itself does not work.
