Well the problem is the base armour (the Super Armour) is light human armour. You are only changing the model, not the base item type. You aren't going to be able to give it to Tali, Wrex, or Garrus.

It works for Tali and Garrus - I've tried it already, but when I give it to Wrex the model of the armor is completely black, PLUS if I give ANY armor to Wrex using the giveitem target command, it turns black, with OR without the supermod.

Hrmm...might be worth asking in the console thread in the Bioware forum.

Funny thing is that the spectre armor works for him... GiveItem Target 10 QASuperArmor Manf_Spectre03_Armor But I don't really like that armor, it looks ugly IMO. I'll try others to see if I can find some middleground with an armor that won't turn black and look somewhat cool at the same time.

Have you tried the Geth Krogan armours (Rage etc)?

Tried the geth battlemaster, but it ended up black too. I found a armor that looks ok and I can have the supermod with with Wrex: GiveItem Target 10 QASuperArmor Manf_HKShadow_Armor_Spectre 10000 shields, 99 damage and tech/bio resistance- but it still doesn't compare to my armor GiveItem Selft 10 QASuperArmor Manf_Kassa_Armor_Colossus 15000 shields, 100 damage resistance and 99 tech/bio resistance. Noticed that if you give a bogus armor name you get some pretty cool looking armors too (But Wrex is still black) With humans you get a dark military green armor and with garrus a slick silver one that also looks cool (similar attributes to Wrex' armor)

Started a second run through. This is what I'm using - Link Think I'm going to hold off playing any further though and wait for the patch and BDTS DLC.

found out that if you want just individual weapons, you have to tell the game the type:
This way you don't need to always get all the weapons and then sell/turn into omnigel the rest. Tried to adapt this into practice if I could mod the assault rifle into a super assaupt rifle, throwing the qasupergun in between,[qiveitem self 10 assault_rifle qasupergun manf_spectre03_weap => turn nil; it gave a weird crappy lancer] but I'm beginning to wonder if the qasupergun is even a valuable command; giveitem self 10 qasupergun that command doesn't even turn anything up. (giveitem self 10 qasuperarmor works, it gives the same armor as the givesuperarmor command gives, so I figured that since the givesupergun give an assault rifle which is basically a one-hit-kill weapon, but has all the other stats low, this is why I want to try if it's possible to combine a weapon with high accuracy and low overheating with the super gun to get an even more powerful gun!)
