I was wondering if anyone has run into crashes with the game when applying the cheat codes? It seems every time I give myself anything by typing one of the cheats into the console, the screen goes dark, or completely pink, and though I can hear the in-game music in the background, my only option is to reset my computer.
It doesn't happen immediately after I enter the code, but usually as I'm accessing someone's inventory, some other menu, or at random a few minutes after I've entered the code.

My screen did something similiar, but at a completely different set of circumstances. I was doing the mission you get for 75 percent paragon with the option that allows all biotics to instantly recharge, and when I killed the last person, my computer acted very much like you just discribed.
NOTE: Be careful with that config edit that allows instant biotic powers. While its fun, biotic enemies enjoy it too. Wait tell you have to fight some Asari commandos or like the mission above any group of biotics. They keep using that orb attack infinitely and make it so you cannot attack.

I had the same problem. Just do it with no trainer options activated and you will complite the mission just fine.

No as this wasn't a basic Unreal command and if a tester really needed money he could just add Spectre weapons to himself and sell them for obscene ammounts of money.

Is there a command to actually remove talents?
It seems like a pretty cool way to try and mix and match to sort of create a custom class but the problem is, if you add like more than 3 talents or something, the display can't handle it and you get some talents that conflict with the Undo Talent buttons and stuff.
So far the only way i've been doing it is just putting in fake limitations and not putting points into certain talents that aren't in the custom class I tried to build. I'm not aiming at being overpowered, i'm just aiming at being something other than brute force soldier or can't do shiat support class.

Replace the ##'s with however many you want in inventory. Mind you, Adjust Credits ADDS to your current amount, the rest don't ADD to inventory, they actually set your inventory value to that level.
