do i need to change the binding then? simple do "ö" instead, or keep Tilde?

since the console key in med2 is "ö" for me, if that helps...

Err, well, since this is an UE3 engine-based game, I'd suspect that keeping the Tilde will still make it ö, but ö might still not be recognisable by the game if you enter it into the .ini file.
But like the man said; you can still make it to be any key you want (I find TAB being quite useful, but I still don't have the game, so I can't be sure whether it's taken already)

This is all just assuming that it is ö infact.

Yup that is the thread that me and AjuntaPaul started, I am -Cocoa- from those forums. At the moment we are trying to get the Devs to spill the beans about the Console Commands but they are not being very cooperative about it. They seem to be testing some commands having to do with armor though. So I'll be sure to give you info from that.

Yes I saw those. Was just about to test them myself.

Edit: The giveallarmor code seems a bit screwy. Generates a bunch of unnamed armours from levels I to X. We need to be able to extract the 2DA files from the UPKs to see if specific item codes work.

I am still working on them as well. The armor codes have been driving me nuts.

A couple of things after playing around for a bit.

The giveall command adds about 400 items to your inventory, but the inventory limit is 150 items (as it was in the Xbox 360 version). That means you can't buy or pick up any new items until you get rid of at least 250 items - either by selling them or by turning them into omnigel. Note that having that many items severely impacts the framerate in the shop buy/sell interface.

The min-max paragon and renegade values are about 1 to 300.

From the same Bioware forum thread I assume Gsccc got the codes he listed from -

    givetalentpoints #

However it only gives talent points to Shepard, not the rest of the party.

[Edited by DarthParametric, 5/31/2008 4:31:24 AM]

Anyone figure out how to do this for the party?

My trainer worked, I just regret adding 99 pts since things are too easy and using the command + -# took points away from Sheperd, I'd like to take points away from my party now

BTW, here are a few others I found

    ghost - Walk throuh walls/fly
fly - Fly around (you start flying when you accend stairs.
walk - Makes you walk again.
    quit - exit game
show - show some of the game settings
teleport - jumps to a location where the cursor is pointing.
