I would like to be able to say you're wrong but sadly I can't because the guide has been wrong a couple times already. Mostly in the mission procedures. I tried some on my second play through and honestly they're suggestions suck and sometimes are just completely wrong.

Derrick and after you kill him Fracis will give you the chance to call him and will take off your wanted level once a day.

I killed Francis, he deserved it for trying to blackmail me like that, no one blackmails me and gets away with it, plus no one really liked him anyway.
