no it wouldnt because the rest of them are in dark space if you dont pay attencion to the game it tells you

At the end of the game Captain Anderson says that they will need to seek out the remaining Reapers and send them back to dark space. And then Commander Shepard mentions how Sovreign mentioned the others and how he knows there are more out there and he will eradicate them from the galaxy.
Play through it one more time and see.

Yeah, but it seems the main threat to the galaxy is the Reapers. The Geth only came out because of Saren, but they'll return to their veil since Saren is dead.
