no, thats for the consortium last level in campaign, i tried so hard to get it, you can't get any SSD in skirmish mode...

you can't get it in galactic conquest without a mod either, but you can get the executor star destroyer for the empire, the one that doesn't shoot the superlaser, be the empire, get level 5 tech, buy a level 5 space station and buy darth vader, and if you put him in space you get the SSD, its a great ship, watch out for those Y-wings and B-wings though...
