How do I ignore virus in v1.3 trainer?

    I have the Pizzadox trainer for version 1.3 and even when I completely shut off my antivirus software, windows defender says that the file includes 2 viruses and denies me access to opening the file... My user info has me as an administrator account, but It still doesn't allow me to use this trainer...

    I am using Windows Vista Business 64-bit Edition...

    Is there anything I can do?
