Lucid Gem: Gargoyle, Wight Knight

Power Gem: Air Pirate, Battleship, Pirate

Thunder Gem: Aquatank, Screwdiver

Mystery Goo: White Mushrooms, Black Fungus, Rare Truffle

Gale: Angel Star, Invisible

You have to defeat those heartless and sometimes they'll drop them. If you neeed more details than that let me know.
