I've never even seen an Infernus anywhere in the game except for the one that you get for helping a friend with some problems.
You can get a Turismo from a car dealership. A Super GT driving around the city randomly. The Corquette and Banshee are pretty common so you can find those easily. The Corquette's are driving around and the Banshee is usually parked on the side of the road.
