Actually, pretty much every day he creates a new account after being banned. I'm talking to his newest one, cooper03.

Dynamic IP. Changes every day. So, it's either do it one by one or IP ban all of the U.K. (which I totally am for. No more ES!) <_<

Well, he keeps coming back after being harassed by multiple members, and also, this is the same vip-guest person from 3+ months ago who kept coming back despite multiple bans. I don't think he'll just stop coming back if we ignore him.

So I'm taking the 'be nice' approach.
