Use veoh. They have a 30 minute upload limit, and are allot better IMO. Link

Also, I'm having trouble with the file conversion at machinima.com. It also took more than 5 hours to do 50% at YouTube. I'm going to have to postpone the release until I find out just what the hell is wrong with my connection. The past few days on XBL have been lag-tastic, too.
