iwas playing the game and i went out with roman yo the bar.when we came out i fell and and it took like twice as long to get up.then i stole a bike but when i was driving the shades came after me for no reason.anyone know why

You're joking right? YOU'RE DRUNK. That's how the game works now, you drive drunk or high, you get a wanted level when a cop sees you. You blow through a toll booth, you get a wanted level.
