    GTA 4 is GTA 4.

    For GTA 4 there was no saying they will even make it for PC.
    it will be cool to make it for PC not to say that they would make their income even bigger and all they need to change is commands and controls and graphic settings for PC.

    So why all are saying " It Comes in October For PC"?
    GTA 4 has made with same producer as San Andreas!
    So It must be come to PC!
