I don't know if anyone else has noticed this. But if after you kill each boss, and they are held by Altair lying own the ground giving their final speech, and you use the levi-kill from the trainer, you'll see an alternate speech sequence. (One where they aren't almost dead and lying on the ground). The levi-kill will only work when they speak, when Altair speaks, the sequences jumps back to the original.

What exactly is that?

You're pretty unclear about what you mean, but if i understand correctly all it really does is in way toggle a "glitch" cutscene all the time. It's not an actual glitch, the game was programmed so that when you see irregularities in the game, press a button and you get an alternative viewpoint.
