Command & Conquer: The First Decade Message Board  

I just bought this stupid game because everyone said it was good. i have played and played and it is boring!!!! i am on the ninth level of the nod and all i have done is a bunch of stupid stuff. get this, go there etc. when do you get to build a base and attack. i wish i didn't waste my money and i advise the same to everyone else. WHAT A JOKE. this game makes you a b*tch and that is all there is to it. poor graphics, stupid controls, try to find a certain character and you can go blind.

hey BTW u do realize there ARE MORE THAN 1 GAME in this game PACK..... play a different one...

I have tried all but generals now and they are the same. they only allow you to build everything on the last campaign. WEAK!....i am going to try generals now i guess. after this i will be selling this game or doing a trade. anybody interested?/// i am looking for Deep space nine dominion wars.

okay then......did generals, again very boring. if i wanted to watch a movie i would have rented one. i have been so ripped off by this game, not only money, but time. very easy to figure and very boring to play. i don't understand why people like this game, but then again simple is as simple does.

Ok then. You've made your point. You think that this pack was a compleat waste of time and money. Although i love generals i cannot stop playing it. so i guess your the only one. Its either you are just playing a few minutes of it or you have bad taste in RTS.

sad to see you spent alot for a waste of time. hopfully you'll be smart enough to reserch and play the demo before you try it. Best of luck finding a good RTS.

Ok, if you just want to build a base and fight the computer, try skirmish mode, most of the games have it. (I think Tiberian Dawn is the only one that doesn't) When you play in skirmish you can build all of the buildings and units in the game for your side, and your only objective is to destroy your enemy. I personally love these games and I still have all of my original copies that I bought when they first came out. Oh, and of course the grapics are not great, most of these games are OLD, they just re-released them for all of us who still want to play them, and so maybe a new generation of gamers could be exposed to one of the greatest RTS game series without just having to jump in on C&C3 or RA3.

Wow, I guess I need to check the dates on some of these before I post a reply. lol
