Hi i`ve completed res evil4 quite a few times but i don`t seem to be able to get 100% kill rate any help please,also the P.R.L. is this upgraded as you start from the begining?.

Try completing the game again and kill every enemy there is. And i think you can't upgrade the PRL, it stays as it is i guess.
