1: u need to join the dark brotherhood and od a few jobs first then u can ask the vampire to become he tells u 2 sleep and after u wake up u will start to become a vamp he then tells u to sleep for 3 days then ur a prober vamp

2: Are you talking about the Mythic Dawn? All you have to do is complete the mission about finding the dawn's shrine, then travel there. When you enter the cave keep going until you see the first guy with a red robe. DO NOT ATTACK HIM! Instead walk up to him and talk to him. He will ask you if you are here to be a part of the Mythic Dawn. Say yes and follow all directions. Once you get to where Mankar Camoran is, listen to his speech, and when someone (His daughter) asks you to kill the Argonian on the table, do it. You may get an Infamy point (who cares?). She will then say the ritual is complete. You are now a part of the Mythic Dawn. You will still need to take the book to complete the main quest and you will have to kill some of them, but in your faction screen it will always (from now on) show that you are in the Mythic Dawn.

Take the book form where Mankar was and escape. Take it to Martin.

To Become A Vampire Kill A Random Vampire Then Activate On It's Corpse Again And Again And Again And So On. Untill You Get An effect That Restores Your Fatigue Then Do Not Use A Shrine Or Any thing That Cures You! Then After Three Day You'll Become A Vampire.

There are some vampires during the main story line (If you do the Azura Quest) there are also some beneth the imperial city, also there is a quest in te imperial city and during that quest you kill alot of vampires in a cave just outside the imperial city.

or u can just go to the console and type in coc testinghall then after tht theres a room wer u can add full vamp or start vamp and theres even a victim for ya


P.s. dnt kill him once hes dead thts him gone permantly unless u start another game

Some caves and castles throughout the Oblivion world also have vampires in them. They infect you pretty easily, you just have to get attacked by one or two.

If you do not like the thief route, the easiest way to get infected is to do the quest to get into the mage university. One of your first jobs will be to go to Skingrad. The Count (who is a vampire) asks you to remove vampire hunters from town and to rid a cave of vampires that have recently moved in.

Simply attack them, but do not kill them right away. Or just let yourself be seen and you will be attacked, either way, they have to hit you. Each time you are hit there is a chance that you will be infected.

You will know that you are infected because you will receive a message. After three days, if you do nothing to rid yourself of the disease, you will become a vampire.
