You have to have 60 Pokemon in your Pokedex and you have to have beaten the Elite Four then after you've gotten 60 Pokemon in your Pokedex go talk to Prof.Oak and he'll give you the Rainbow ticket and you will be able to go to Islands 4-7 and you cant get to Deoxys by those islands you have to get a ticket at a Nintendo Event.

You can evolve with happinnes by healing your Pokemon with items a lot and giving them Iron Protein ect. or you can give them berries when they're Paralyzed ect.

haha WRONG! u give the Wobbufet a LAX incence from the cave in Resort Gorgeous and then breed it and it will hatch to be a wynaut
