I don't want to over-step myself, particularly seeing as I haven't handled any 2.500 code in a finalized format...
That being said, if it is compatible with 2.400, which logically it should be since it's built on top of 2.400, Ewiger Krieg will likely carry over through Tales of Valor with little or no alteration necessary... (crosses fingers)
Now, as always there is a caveat, new campaigns, units, and abilities like "direct fire" (complete user control of an individual unit) are unknowns at this moment.
For instance, -some- special campaign features added, altered, or simply used differently may well need addressing.
The new units are -currently- slated to replace other units as you earn them, I don't like the idea of supplanting one unit for another, so if they -can- be in simultaneously I'd prefer that route, but I make no guarantees.
Finally, abilities like direct fire will hopefully be an overarching game mechanic completely independent of faction allegiances, as that would make it considerably easier and more plausible to keep things going. If it is more of a tangled mess than I would hope, it could well prove difficult or worse...
Again, like with discussion of the potential of a true, complete, and functional Object Editor (cue angels singing), I am reluctant to speak too much or promise anything until I know more about what I'm talking about. My father taught me that "your mouth is always just big enough to put your foot in". I would hate to over promise and under deliver.

Ok then got your point,
But aside this matter, Please dont take me stupid but what is the Direct fire ability?
I mean the "Attack Ground" you can fire directly or i am simply out of the picture?
Or Complete control means directions and order to shoot or holing fire which is executable already. Please Explain.

My God I hope he will! I can not be his spokesman, but I can not imagine he will leave us behind in case of Tales of Valor.
Well Grand i read his respond and i am sure his passion will be an encouraging factor and his knowledge a pathfinder but the perspective that he described about the new changes which surely alter many pre-set units. Therefor it might needing a whole new full tank of Hybrid energy to make Ewiger Krieg among one of the epics that could Knightpress's work A Tale Of Valor.
Well through the dice and took a chance, loaded the mod with patch 2.501 installed, got all kinds of out of range erors, when the game loaded. So will have to wait for new mod update.
Indeed, as I was affraid of, 2.400 and 2.501 share a lot, but as per Relic's modus operandi, they decided to change things... again...
A stop-gap measure has been uploaded to the link in my signature, and is functional in 2.501 as it was previously...
That being said, it is not yet entirely designed for Tales of Valor -itself-, that meaning that you can play the old campaigns, skirmish, and so on just like before, but the ToV specific content may well not work or allow you to access it while using Ewiger Krieg at the moment...
Progress is coming along, but more research and experimentation is required to get things how I would prefer them, and some unsettling news may have also recently come to light in the modding community, so only time will tell.
New 2.501 compatible Ewiger Krieg is uploaded to the link in my signature, the pesky messages on the new campaigns are no more.
Keep in mind, there are no new additions or added functions specifically for ToV at this point, but what there is shall be readily available now.
Enjoy!
Just one question, please, before I try, - in Your new 2.501 version - the same command line? -mod Ewiger_Krieg or the older one is back -modname Ewiger_Krieg? Thanks a lot again.
