Please read the, repeated, posts and information about Ewiger Krieg and CoH/OF 2.300, it has nothing to do with the mod, the 2.300 version of the game just doesn't allow mods to function.
Update or reinstall to a lower version number to circumvent that problem.
I was wondering, is this sudden lack of operation due to a change made by the patch, and if so, how?
Quite simple, it's not "sudden" at all really, 2.300 has been out for many many months now...
Anyway, the reason it doesn't work is because some programmer over at Relic Studios made the mistake (read: FUBAR) of completely disabling the game from having any functionality with the -dev line command. Thus any mod that uses -dev will simply not function.
The game itself works, the mod works, but they don't work together with 2.300, which is the entire reason for the 2.301 release despite the pitiful changes they pretended were the reason to make the follow-up patch.

I just updated, and was ready to toss my computer in the pool because the mod was gone.

Hello. I would like to ask about what happen to machine gun bunker of British side ?
I can not see it in a buiding menu when I use infantry of british side and I end up can not pass a trainning mode.
I known that I can run a game by normal mode just to make bunker appear in a buiding menu again to finish trainning.
But........ it will be great if I can build both machine gun bunker from two side to sent an ammo frying into some badluck guy, right ?
I just want to know that....... can you make a british machine gun bunker to be buildable from infantry again ??

are you using a different patches are something because everything is okay with my. Did you installed the mod correctly.
