I donot understand what he ment there thou, Says that reseachs should be done by a date the date comes and it does not even nudge.
Yup I kind of guess maby i had no clue how the system works, but its been years in-game and i still haven got my research progressed. oh ya when i mouse over on the research catagories it states that the recearch would be completed on a specific date , but when the date comes the research is still not complete.
