question, what is Altering cave on route 103 for? its just a small, three branch cave with nothing in it... but its only available after beating the elite four...

no it is not different for emerald i know cause i beat the game and its like a stupid cave with pokemon (mostly zubat).

I think if you want those pokemon (Other than zubat) to appear you should do something and i dont realy get what they ment in that link i gave you, but emerald and firered has the same way.
