Yeah pepole with nothing to do tend to make lies lol.

I read once that if you used rock smash on that white rock Jirachi will come out, and thats so not true.

In the Japan version that is how you get deoxys. You go to that rock with a lv. 100 Salamance it will break and a key will come out. Go on the left side of the rocket and press A and a door will open and deoxys will be there.

Also you cant get it from Birth Island thats where you get Deoxys.

Dont know how exactly you can get Jirachi, i guess from i Nintendo event or something
