I am in the process of paying for Unlimited membership using Mobillcash. Problem is, they sent a text for £5 and one for £1 within 30 seconds or so, but now i have been waiting about half an hour and have only been billed £6... Does it usually take 30 mins to get more texts or is something wrong? If something is wrong, what? If they dont all get sent will i get my money back or will i be manually billed another £6.50?? Ty,

EDIT: User Confirmation has a tick, so does Send Bills, I am acutally currently on the Billing Confirmation section and 2 have been confirmed although it says all 4 have been sent, so 2 lost in the void, or do i just need to get some patience
EDIT 2: Do I have to keep open the Payment progress screen all the time or can I shut it? Been bout an hour now...
Please contact MobillCash directly as they are the only ones with control over what has or hasn't been billed. They don't send us any notification until all of the payment has been collected.
I have already filled out a support form, before i even posted on this forum? How long is the normal support time, and also, do I need to keep the bit that tells me progress open?
