How strange the handling of the cars on this game are!
I had been playin GT4 for a few days, and I went back to this game and i couldnt control any of my cars, the just slid everywhere and crashed! Also, the steering seemed really sensitive..
And another thing that seemed to happen, was on my best cars, the quality of the suspension and tires doesnt seem to be in proportion to the quality of the engine, and turbo, so when i put full throttle on when i was starting a race the car just seemed to slide everywhere, and that was with all the parts upgraded as much as possible! Has anyone else noticed this?

I have, but it's nothing a little performance tuning can't fix. Mess around with the aerodynamics and steering and you should be able to control it better.

Also, I do find it quite odd how a Golf GTi can handle as well as a Carrera GT...

I cant be bothered to mess about with settings, tbh i think the game is crap.

I also hate how their is only a certain amount of stuff you can do to the car, and they're the same with each car, for example all you can do to the engine is the 7 or so extra mods that are included in the upgrades, its the same with GT4 but in real life their are so much more, it makes every car so liited...

I have no problems with the cars. Personally,I like it when my cars slide. If they are slidding to much use the speedbreaker.

GT4 and NFS is a little unfair to compare, no?

MW is hardly the most realistic game in the world, and to be fair you've sorta nit-picked a problem out. I personally don't care about this, whilst it serves as a good annoyance, I try not to focus on it. MW still delivers in all other parts of the game.

The modding system in games are a huge chunk of appeal to me.

And I dont think it delivers in all parts of the game, I think there's alot of room for improvement personally.
