Is there by any chance an update coming out for nfsc trainer 1.3. Either that or would we need to upgrade to 1.4 for the mega trainer to work 🤔

Once the game has been patched, they will not revert back to older patches. This is the same for trainers - why would they improve a trainer for a patch which has been rendered obsolete/unused?
Simply put, no, there will be no update for a one year-old trainer and I doubt there ever will be. Upgrade to 1.4 to have the trainer work.
