I talked to the herald and he told me about something near the cemetary at night, I went there after completing the autopsy with Shani, which is an unrelated quest, I think. Outside the cemetary I found a Wraith that will not attack nor engage in conversation. I tried several times, and only got:

I'm cold
My wife's a *****
Where's my body

What am I doing wrong? or... What do I need to do yet? or... Does this become active at some later point?

I am in part 3 of the game, but I find that also, I wonder if it is that lady's husband, she hired him to get rid of the spector because it was talking about her.

Hmm, I think that may be a glitch. You should be able to engage in a conversation with him.

But also, since you've done the autopsy, it may be too late, and you should just talk to the detective. They may have overlooked that during production.

I always thought that wraith was a guard to prevent the occasional undead from killing towns people. I was never able to engage it in meaningful conversation.

you have to get a quest off his wife to kill him at night she is usually at the gate to the outskirts good luck!!!!!

The quest is A RESTLESS GHOST.
Hildegard Zollstock begins this.She can be found wandering around in front of the cemetary around noon.Seems that Hildegards late husband has become a Wraith and for more fun after life, he wanders around in front of the cemetary gates at night spouting about the good widow. So after taking the job,find him at midnight in front of the cemetary.He can actually be spoken to,so listen to some fun things he has to say about his wife.Geralt will need to pull hiss blade to attack him and use fast style silver.He's just like a normal Wraith.After cutting down the husband,go back to the cemetary gates at noon to find Hildegard.the cheap old bitty wants to cheat geralt, but in the end, she fails and the reward comes.
