Finally i learnt how to defeat the AI .Oh yeah oh yeah!!!And i found out to everyone's problem that in order to complete the game without any free roam you have to defeat the enemy before they build up.

That's the case for AI with a mind to outlast you with nigh innumerable resources. Eliminate them before they can work up a strong defense, and supposing there are resources in the game, construct defenses around every useful resource point to stop them before they can begin walling up.
