I can agree with you there potato chips. Ugh, I hated the contests that I never did even try but once to see how what is was like now. Boring and stupid.

they kinda did that with the sevii islands in firered/leafgreen, but there werent any badges to collect or anything.
personally, i'd like to see a compilation game where you travel through all 4 regions. By the end, the final battle would be in the 100s and it would require EV training just to complete the game, but i think it would be a sick game nonetheless.
oh yeah, and they have to add back in the battle park from emerald.
You mean the Battle Frontier? I would like them to make a game where it after you beat one League you start off at the next with the same Pokemon, but the trainers are just harder. That might be hard though because people usually train their Pokemon to level 100 in one region, so then the other regions would be a snap. But I guess you could start off with an entirely new team at the beginning of the next region, but then it would just be boring having to restart every time you beat the Elite Four.
i agree with u both. i don't see the real point of contests.
i agree i wish they had a battle fronteer that you had to go around and look for uike on emrald and contest like the ones on the shows

1: Hardware. The DS and cartridges may not be able to handle all of the data and/ or possessing power of combining 5 regions in to one (essentially five games in one).
2: Money. The developers will make more money if they make each region a different game, that way they'll be able to charge for five games as opposed to one.
