how comes on the there are pokemon from each regoin but not on the game and is there any way to go to different regoins

not that i know of going to different regions but thats what i thought but no you cant go to different regions you can get them by trade or through pal park

why doesn't Game Freak just make a pokemon game with all of the regions combined and all of the pokemon, including those that would come in events, would be just in the game?

The new region should be the orange islands
four badges isnt much, but there can be other things besides badges to get

the orange islands could make a cool post-adventure thing...
they kinda did that with the sevii islands in firered/leafgreen, but there werent any badges to collect or anything.
personally, i'd like to see a compilation game where you travel through all 4 regions. By the end, the final battle would be in the 100s and it would require EV training just to complete the game, but i think it would be a sick game nonetheless.
oh yeah, and they have to add back in the battle park from emerald.
