So I got PGR 3 for free from Microsoft and I've just started playing. The one thing I don't understand is difficulty levels. I know that you have to come in higher positions in higher levels but do the other drivers get better also. Because I've come in first in most Hard difficulty races but struggle in Hardcore ones.
