i keep folowing the instructions but keeps on saying accesdenied and i change it all it isnt a read only file and i gave mi user full access and stuf please help(im on a laptop by the way) or could some one edit the trainer with the weapons and stuf so u dont need a keypad

The folder that the trainer posted here comes in...even though I'm logged in on Vista 64 as admin, I can't delete it or do anything with it. How do I get around that problem and why is it even like that?
